  • Slice the bread and bake in the oven at 180°C until the slices are lightly golden.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes, chop the red onion and put in a bowl.
  • Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and vinegar.
  • Using a fork, mash the avocado and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Spread the guacamole on the slice and finish with the tomato and red onion mixture.
