- Pumpkin and walnut bread
- Avocado
- Lemon
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onion
- Olive oil
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vinegar
Preparation steps
- Slice the bread and bake in the oven at 180°C until the slices are lightly golden.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes, chop the red onion and put in a bowl.
- Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and vinegar.
- Using a fork, mash the avocado and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Spread the guacamole on the slice and finish with the tomato and red onion mixture.
